Smoked Salmon Bagel with Dill Cream Cheese
- 8oz. Williams Cheese Cream Cheese block
- Fresh dill
- 1 lemon
- Black pepper
- Salt
Method
Set cream cheese out
Remove dill from the stems and roughly chop - You'll need 1/3 cup
Zest lemon
Mix cream cheese, dill, and lemon zest
Add juice from lemon, salt and pepper to taste
Smear onto a bagel
Add smoked salmon, thinly sliced red onion, capers, and black pepper
