  • 1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese
  • 1 cup shredded Williams Cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded Williams Extra Sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded Williams Pepper Jack cheese
  • 1 Tbs. Worcestershire sauce
  • ¼ tsp onion powder
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • 2 Tbs. mayonnaise
  • 1 cup chopped Pecans

Method

    In a large bowl, stir together cream cheese, all the shredded cheese, onion powder, garlic powder, mayo and Worcestershire sauce. Cover and refrigerate mixture for 1 hour. Shape mixture into a ball. Roll ball in chopped Pecans.
