Hot Pepper Cheese Ball
- 1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese
- 1 cup shredded Williams Cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded Williams Extra Sharp Cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded Williams Pepper Jack cheese
- 1 Tbs. Worcestershire sauce
- ¼ tsp onion powder
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
- 2 Tbs. mayonnaise
- 1 cup chopped Pecans
Method
In a large bowl, stir together cream cheese, all the shredded cheese, onion powder, garlic powder, mayo and Worcestershire sauce. Cover and refrigerate mixture for 1 hour. Shape mixture into a ball. Roll ball in chopped Pecans.
