Method
Rinse and massage your kale *Massaging is key! It creates a softer texture that is easier to chew and digest*
Crumble the blue cheese
Cut avocado in half, de-seed, cut into cubes, and remove the skin
Roughly chop 1/2 cup of red onion
Slice hard-boiled eggs
Slice and cut cucumbers into half-moon shapes
Slice the cherry tomatoes
Add desired dressing
Combine
