Williams Cheese is a fast-growing company looking for dedicated team members to fill Full Time positions on 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts. In most cases, you can pick your shift. At times you may have to cover other shifts due to vacations and other scheduling conflicts. Please be prepared to work some weekends as needed.

  • Starting Wage for 1st shift $12.00
  • Starting wage for 2nd shift $13.20 (includes 10% premium)
  • Starting wage for 3rd shift $13.80 (includes 15% premium)
  • Retail $13.35 (30-day training)
  • Skilled Labor Positions $13.00 – $13.35(60 – 90 day training with multiple raises)

Job positions available—Cheese Packing, Cheese Cutting, Cheese Making, Machine Operators, Retail, Quality Assurance, Shipping/Receiving, Inventory Control, Management. Williams Cheese is a “Clean, safe workplace” with PPE in place. We are also SQF certified.

A drug screen and background check are required. Reliable transportation is a must. Team members should be able to lift 55 pounds.

Assistant Shipping/Receiving and Logistics Manager

The Williams Cheese Team is seeking an Experienced Assistant Shipping/Receiving and Logistics Manager

Duties include:

  • Overseeing Shipping/Receiving and Logistics
  • Inventory Control
  • Scheduling Freight
  • Order Picking
  • Driving a Fork Truck
  • Scheduling Dept Staffing assignments
  • 40-50+ hours
  • Some Saturdays

Weekend Retail Manager

The Williams Cheese Team is Seeking an Experienced Weekend Retail Manager. This position can be full-time or part-time but would include “most weekends” and include Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.

We are looking for an Energetic, Outgoing person who enjoys working with the public and thrives on providing world-class customer service.

Duties Include:

  • Overseeing All Weekend Retail Operations
  • Running a Cash Register
  • Responsible for Counting the Daily Cash
  • Providing a topnotch Retail/Shopping Experience
  • Will work in conjunction with the Week Day Retail Manager
  • Seek ways to better promote the store, the product line, and the service within the store.
  • Maintain Inventory Levels
  • Ensure the store is clean and presentable at all times.
  • Potential Key Holder

Hours:
Friday 9am-7pm
Sat/Sun 8 am-6pm

2nd and 3rd Shift Supervisors

The Williams Cheese Team is seeking Experienced 2nd and 3rd shift Supervisors.

Duties include:

  • Overseeing operations
  • Overseeing quality control
  • Scheduling department staff assignments
  • Meeting/Exceeding production quotas
  • Filling in where needed
  • Maintenance
  • 2nd Shift Hours 2 p.m. – 12 a.m.
  • 3rd Shift Hours 9 p.m. – 7 a.m.
  • 40 – 50+ hours
  • Some Saturdays
